BIOGRAPHY
I’m a right arm medium pace bowler who can swing the ball both ways and have good pace variation options like bowling off-cutters, leg-cutters, knuckle balls, and back of the hand deliveries. I have been playing cricket since I was 7 years and professionally trained in Hyderabad (Hindi Mahavidyalaya and St. John’s) for more than 8-9 years and had to stop my training because of my higher studies. But, after coming to the US, I started playing in multiple tournaments around the country and very passionate about the game. I represented in American College Cricket 2018 and was the third best bowler and also got a chance to play in ACC 2021 All stars tournament. I’m currently playing very actively in Pittsburgh area for more than 3 years and was able to be a part of Rowdys team in Division 1 contributing to the team effort and making sure we reach the playoffs, semi’s and finals stage every year. As a bowler, my role is to bowl with a good economy, get wickets and bowl according to the situation. I’m also a left handed batsman playing in the lower middle order usually trying to save my team when there is a failure in the top order while chasing and also play big shots to improve the overall score while batting first depending upon the situation. When it comes to fielding, I’m very quick in the field, have great reflexes and usually field inside the 30 yards circle. I’m usually the most economical bowler in the teams that I play for and always have a team first attitude understanding the situation. I’m looking forward to play more cricket and continuously improve my performance.
